Hey Y'all! I have compiled a list of my favorite make-up products and I will list them all below. A little bit of background, I have really been into make-up since my senior year of high school (2014), and started watching YouTube videos and learning new techniques. I used to wear and try new make-up all the time! To me, doing my make-up when I can actually take time to do it, is so fun and a form of creativity. I love trying new things and using new eye shadow colors to make new looks. But on a real note, I didn't really have a lot of time to do any of that until we all had to become quarantined. Luckily, I am getting back into it and experimenting with new and old favorites. What re-ignited this journey for me is finding the make-up I want to use for my wedding day and all the events in between. So, here yah go! A list of all my current favorite make-up products.
Let's start with the face!
Primer: Beauty Blender The Leveler
This primer is the best!! It smooths out the skin and fills in pores so foundation can just glide on! I ordered mine from Sephora.
Foundation: Este Lauder Double Wear in Shell - I love this foundation because it goes on smooth and it doesn't get cakey, you can build it up and it doesn't make my skin oily!
Concealer: Urban Decay Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid in Pink and Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in Fair - I love this concealer! It's so light weight and blends amazingly! I've been using this brand for years!
Cream Blush: Milani Cheek Kiss Liquid Blush in 140 Blush Romance - This blush blends out so naturally and you could just wear this on the daily to add color to your face! It's also super affordable!
Cream Bronzer/Contour: Neutrogena Hydrating Foundation Stick - I use this after my foundation, concealer, and blush but before I set my face with powder. This bronze color blends so smooth and helps add natural warmth to your skin. It's also affordable too!
Setting Powder: (Not Pictured) Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder - This powder sets my foundation and everything underneath and helps keep my face from getting oily all day long! - Another setting powder I love is the Tarte Shape Tape powder!
Powder Blush: Tarte Blush Pallet (this pallet was limited edition I believe)
Powered Bronzer: NARS bronzer in Seaside or Languna is a classic! It's not orange and it's buildable!
Highlighter: Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder in Iridescent and Milani Afterglow in 01. There are two options here, a higher end option and a more affordable, drugstore option.
Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Chocolate and Ash Brown or the Nyx Brow Pencil in Ash Brown. I use the Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel to set my brows.
Mascara: Essence Volume Stylish 18hr Lash Extension Mascara and the It Cosmetics and Dry Bar Collaboration Lash Blow Out Mascara
Setting Spray: Urban Decay All Nighter and Skindinavia Setting Sprays
Eye Shadow Pallets: Jaclyn Hill Morphe Pallet and the Tati Beauty Story Volume 1 Pallet
