I LOVE refreshing water, especially when it's hot outside and it's summertime. So, today, I will be sharing with you a refreshing water recipe I've put together. It's super simple and you only need a few things!
Ingredients:
1 Orange
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Cucumber
2 sprigs of mint (optional)
Filtered Water
Directions:
Slices up all the fruits and break off the mint leaves and place in a pitcher. Fill the pitcher with filtered water. Stir and sit in fridge to chill for a few hour. Pour over ice and drink! Ahhh...So refreshing (and detoxing)!
This water also has a lot of vitamin C to help support your immune system! Plus, water obviously keeps you hydrated and this water helps push toxins out of your blood stream and your body to aid in health and weight loss. So drink up!
